OUR PEOPLE
A Fishing Ranch is a housse built of wood from the swamp and coconut palm, on the edges of the islands of Maranhão, used by the fishermen as a refuge, during the fishing tides and shrimp drag.
An island can have one or more ranches to house these men of the sea.
