The smaller this little fish, the greater the fisherman’s profit.
One of the fisheries carried out along the extreme southern coast of São Paulo is the small fish called Manjuba. The smaller the fish, the greater the profit gained by the fisherman.
This fishing requires a lot of work and effort and, after the fishing, the work goes on. In order to have the fish ready to eat, the dirt needs to be removed from the little fish, then cooking and drying it, takes two to three days.
